Standard Delivery

For mainland UK we deliver 6 days a week - Monday to Saturday excluding Bank Holidays and public holidays. Our UK Standard Delivery Service costs £3.95 per order which covers England, Wales and Scotland for international orders incurs an additional surcharge of £9.99.  Delivery of goods in England will take between 3-5 working days and elsewhere will take longer.

We aim to meet these timescales but during sale periods, deliveries may take a little longer; in some cases a signature may be required.



Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receipt of returned items. In keeping with our fraud prevention measures, refunds can only be processed back onto the credit/debit card used to make the purchase.



You can return any unwanted items free of charge within 10 working days for a refund or replacement as long as they are unused and in the original packaging. Once we have received the returned items, we will endeavour to process your request for either a refund or exchange within 5 working days.  

We do not refund any fragrances, perfumes or Oud Oil if they are not in their original packaging(sealed). These items must be sealed and unused.

Please send us a copy of the invoice or provide your Jashn Clothing Order number, including your name and address. Due to Health & Hygiene regulations, hair accessories cannot be exchanged or refunded.

International Purchases and Returns

Purchases from this website are in British Pounds (GBP). Banks and international credit/debit card issuers will determine exchange rates and may make additional charges, which you are liable to pay.

All Jashn Clothing products are priced in British Pound Sterling (GBP). The price charged to our overseas customers will be determined by the exchange rate applied by the customer’s credit or debit card company, at the time the transaction takes place.

Returns to us are free provided the items must be in their original condition. You must return the items to us in accordance with the terms of sale.


Unacceptable Returns

If you return an item to us outside the terms of our returns policy, or if the packaging has been removed and the item has been used and damaged, we may not refund you. The item may be returned back to you at your expense. You will be notified of this and other associated charges.

If an order is to be cancelled, you must notify us by email to Customer Services quoting your order number.


Lost Parcels

If your order fails to arrive within 10 days of despatch, you must notify us in writing. We will investigate your claim and if we are satisfied with the non-arrival of the product(s), a refund will be credited to the credit/debit card which was used to place the order. Please note that we may refuse to make future deliveries to addresses that are considered to be insecure. In this event you will be contacted by our service team and asked to provide an alternative delivery location for future orders.

Stock Availability

We have full stock levels when displayed on the website, however certain styles sell out quicker. In case the item you have ordered is not in stock we will contact you to offer a replacement or a refund.


Jashn Clothing Guarantee

Our aim is to provide our customers with the best service and quality at all times. If for any reason you wish to return any item, we will happily refund or exchange it without any questions provided they are returned unused and unworn within 12 days from receipt of goods and with a valid receipt. Any goods received after this period will be refunded at the current selling price at the discretion of Jashn Clothing. However for hygiene reasons any hair accessories will neither be exchanged nor taken back. Any items bought from the Sale section or that have been reduced in price cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned.
